摘  要:列举了等静压成型电瓷坯料干坯孔隙率的几种影响因素,坯料颗粒组成、坯料颗粒级配、压力制度、粉料水分,通过控制原料细度、球磨工艺、新旧料配比来改变颗粒组成,控制喷雾工艺来优化颗粒级配与粉料水份,同时压坯之前,增加振动使粉料进一步致密,从而降低坯料干坯孔隙率。Several influencing factors on dry process porosity of iso-static pressing porcelain blanks were listed such as particle composition of material, particle gradation of material,pressure curve and the moisture of powder. The porosity in the dry blank is reduced by changing the particle composition through the control of raw materials fineness, ball milling crafts, ratio of new and old materials; controlling the spray crafts to optimize the particle gradation and the moisture of powder; increasing the time of vibration before pressuring to make the powder finer.
