摘  要:空心复合绝缘子一般作为承压部件广泛应用于多种电器设备中,其密封性能对配套主机电气性能指标起着至关重要的作用。列举了国内外现有空心复合绝缘子密封结构,着重分析了国内常用三种密封结构的优缺点。分析表明三角形及平面密封结构的技术成熟,适合我国工艺装备水平,可作为一般设计推荐。讨论了影响密封效果的核心因素,提出密封面粗糙度、密封圈压缩量和材质、密封圈内径选取、密封沟槽倒角的基本设计要求,可以为同类产品设计制造提供参考。As a pressure-containing component in different kinds of electrical equipment, the sealing performance of hollow composite insulator plays a very important role in whole equipments electrical property. Different sealing structures are listed, among which, three typical structures commonly applied in china are analyzed in detail. Analysis result shows that triangular and planar sealing structures are mature technologies and are recommended to be as a general design rule. The main factors influencing the sealing effects are discussed, to which the design requirements of surface roughness of the sealing surface, compression-ratio and material of the sealing ring, internal diameter selection of the sealing ring and chamfering of seal groove are put forward and are as references to similar design of hollow composite insulator.
