摘 要:通过坯料性能测试掌握坯体在烧成过程中的物理化学变化,为缩短电瓷产品烧成周期提供了理论支持;用试验窑烧成、产品搭烧、小批量试验等步骤有效降低了缩短烧成周期过程中的质量风险。以湿法棒形产品为例,介绍了缩短烧成周期的分析、措施、试验过程、效果,缩短烧成周期20 h。并成功推广到其他产品缩短烧成周期研究中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Through testing the blank characteristic and understanding the physical and chemical changes in the process of firing, the theoretical support for shortening the porcelain firing time was found. Practice was made such as firing in test kiln, different product burning in one kiln and small batch test to reduce the risk of quality by shortening the firing time in the firing process. The wet process post products as an example, the shortening of firing, cycle analysis, test process, measures and effects were introduced and the firing period was shortened by 20 hours. Such technology was successfully extended to other products and achieved good economic and social benefits.
