摘  要:针对某煤矿变电站因雷击短路造成站内三相短路和继电保护配置不当造成事故扩大的原因进行了分析。针对线路遭受雷击和雷电波容易入侵变电站提出了更换组合式过电压保护器为普通避雷器和拆除进线段杆塔上的避雷针以及降低进线段杆塔冲击接地电阻的防雷措施。同时针对改变电站的继电保护不能有效切除变电站内故障的原因进行了分析,提出了通过变电站两端进线的方向保护联合通信,如果两端进线都是外部故障则判断为变电站内部故障,进而可就近及时切除变电站内部故障,填补了线路保护不能及时切除变电站内部故障的漏洞,提高了煤矿供电的可靠性。The reasons of the expansion of the accident in a coal mine substation by the three-phase short-circuit and relay station configuration improper caused by lightning short-circuit were analyzed. According to the line being struck by lightning and the lightning-easy invasion substation, the lightning protections that replacement combined overvoltage protection by ordinary arrester and removal incoming line tower lightning rod, and lower the impact ground resistance of incoming line tower are proposed,. Meanwhile, the reason for changing of relay protection of substation cannot remove the substation inner failure effectively is analyzed, it is proposed that united network communication is protect by the incoming line direction of the substation, if the incoming line on both ends are external fault, then the substation is judged for internal fault, then the substation internal fault can be removed in time nearby, fill loopholes that the line protection cannot removed the substation internal fault in time, and improve the reliability of supply of coal mine.
