摘　　要：探讨利用aQura测试仪提高成纱质量的方法。分析了棉结和短绒对成纱质量的影响。利用aQura测试仪检测清棉、梳棉、精梳各工序棉结与短绒率的变化,针对性地进行工艺参数优化,最终提高了纱线质量,节约了纺纱成本,提高了工作效率。认为:aQura测试仪的应用对控制纱线质量具有重要作用。Methods of using aQura tester to improve yarn quality were discussed. Effect of neps and short fiber content on yarn quality was analyzed. Changes of neps and short fiber content in picking, carding and combing were test- ed by aQura tester. Processing data were optimized accordingly. Finally yarn quality can be improved, spinning cost can be saved ,working efficiency can be increased. It is considered that application of aQura tester is very important for yarn quality control.
