摘　　要：目的了解农村老年人口社会保障状况。方法于2012年5—6月对黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市3个县区农村261名老人进行访谈式问卷调查。结果 261名老年人中,55.2%的生活费用来源由子女负担,新型农村合作医疗参保率为92.7%,享受低保、五保户和福利待遇的比例分别为31.3%、5.7%和53.3%,只有9.2%的老年人有养老金。结论齐齐哈尔市农村老年人社会救济的覆盖面较窄,优抚制度无具体标准,福利设施较少,社会保障状况处于较低水平。Objective To study social security status of old populations in rural Qiqihar for improvement of social security system in countryside, Methods In May to June 2012, a questionnaire interview was conducted among 261 old residents in three counties of rural Qiqihar city. Results Among the old residents,the coverage rate of new rural cooper- ative medical care was 92.7% ,but the living expenses of the old residents（55.2% ）was mainly undertaken by their chil- dren. The proportion of the old residents covered by basic living allowance, five guarantees for poor, households, and wel- fare benefits was 31.3% ,5.7% ,and 53.3% ,respectively,and only 9.2% of the old residents had endowment. Conclu- sion Currently, the cover age of social assistance is low in the elderly in rural Qiqihar city and the social security for the elderly in the countryside is at a low level.
