摘　　要：文章在分析四川省制革行业发展现状的基础上,采用定性与定量结合的SWOT分析方法,分析了制革行业在四川省制革行业发展所面临的机会和威胁、所处的优势和劣势。结果表明,极坐标(ρ,θ)=(0.536,71.89°)处于坐标轴的第一象限,四川省制革行业应采取相对开拓的优势机会型战略,并据此提出相应具体战略措施。Based on analysis of the tanning industry in Siehuan Province, this paper analyzed the opportunities and threats faced by the tanning industry by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of using SWOT analysis with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The result shows that the polar coordinates （ρ,θ）=（0.536,71.89°）is in the first quadrant of the coordinate axes and the advantage opportunity strategy of relatively pioneering should be used in the tanning industry. Accord- ing to the analysis, this paper also proposes specific strategic measures.
