摘　　要："形神合一"理论作为中医特有的思维模式,体现了人体结构与功能的统一。脑卒中导致大脑语言中枢以及与语言功能有关的脑组织损伤,继而出现相关的语言障碍,是人体脑结构与语言功能失衡的表现。人类脑的高级功能之一(即语言),其功能障碍源于脑髓败坏,病位在脑,以肾虚为本,风、火、痰、瘀四邪为标,心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏功能失调。以"形神合一"理论为指导,语言属"神"的范畴,而大脑为语言的载体,属"形"的范畴。围绕调心养神、脑统形神,以养神为先、治形为要,注重形神兼顾,脑卒中后失语的临床治疗逐步趋于"形神并治、神重于形",临床评价趋于功能与结构的统一,并结合现代医学模式将"形神合一"理论贯穿于脑卒中后失语康复治疗的各个环节。The theory of ＇integration of the body and the spirit＇ is the specific thinking model of traditional Chinese medicine and it proposes the unification between the structure and function of human body. Stroke results in the injuries of brain tissues with cerebral speech center and linguistic function and leads to relevant language barrier, indicating the imbalance between brain structure and linguistic function of human body. Language is one of the advanced function of human brain and this dysfunction originates from brain marrow damage, located in the brain. This disorder roots at kidney deficiency, is manifested as the invasion of wind, fire, phlegm and stasis and results from the dysfunction of the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney. In the guide of ＇integration of the body and the spirit＇, linguistic function is in the category of ＇spirit＇ and the brain is language carrier, in the category of ＇body＇. In terms of nourishing and regulating heart mind and coordination of the body and spirit in the brain, nourishing mind is of priority and regulating the body is the primary. The attention is paid on the co-consideration of the body and spirit and the modern medicine patterns are combined. As a result, the idea of ＇integration of the body and the spirit＇ runs through every link in the rehabilitation treatment of post-stroke aphasia.
