穴位理疗止咳贴的药效试验研究

摘　　要：目的:考察穴位理疗止咳贴的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用效果,为临床应用提供临床前药效学试验参考依据。方法:穴位理疗止咳贴给豚鼠90mm×50mm/只,小鼠30mm×75mm/只,1次/d,24h/次,连续4d贴敷。分别考察穴位理疗止咳贴对豚鼠咳嗽和哮喘模型的影响以及穴位理疗止咳贴对小鼠的祛痰作用。结果:穴位理疗止咳贴能明显延长豚鼠咳嗽潜伏时间并减少10min内的咳嗽次数(P<0.05);能明显增加小鼠气管段的泌痰量(P<0.05);不能延长豚鼠哮喘潜伏时间。此外,未见豚鼠、小鼠皮肤有任何刺激性反应。结论:穴位理疗止咳贴对柠檬酸喷雾诱导的豚鼠咳嗽有明显止咳作用;对正常小鼠有明显祛痰作用;对磷酸组织胺喷雾诱导的豚鼠哮喘无平喘作用。Objective： By exploring the effect of Acupoint Physiotherapy Cough Relieving Patch （APCRP） on cough relieving, expelling phlegm and antiasthma, to offer preclinical reference for clinical application. Methods： APCRP was pasted to guinea pigs （90×50mm2） and mice （30×75mm2）, 24h every time, once daily for 4 days. To evaluate the effects of APCRP on the cough and asthma model of guinea pigs, and to investigate the expelling phlegm effect of APCRP on mice. Results： APCRP could lengthen the asthma latent period （P〈0.05） and decrease the cough frequency in 10 min （P〈0.05） on guinea pigs; and increase the phlegm excretion in mice trachea （P〈0.05）; but effect of APCRP on the asthma latent period of guinea pig was not observed; skin irritative response of APCRP on guinea pigs and mice was not detected. Conclusion： APCRP has cough relieving effect on guinea pigs modle of cough obviously, has expelling phlegm effect on normal mice; but APCRP had no antiasthma effect on guinea pigs modle of asthma.
