摘 要:盐敏感性高血压是指高盐摄入引起血压显著升高,而限制盐摄入可使升高的血压下降的高血压类型。其发病机制与遗传基因、中枢机制及内分泌机制等相关。由于本病在诊断治疗上的特异性,依然存在"低知晓,低治疗,低控制"的"三低"现象及依从性差、药物治疗副作用明显等问题。中医认为盐敏感性高血压多与肾精亏损,肝阳上亢,水饮内停相关,治疗多以补肾填精,利水化湿兼育阴潜阳为法。常用经典名方为金匮肾气丸、五苓散、半夏白术天麻汤、天麻钩藤饮等。BP response to changes in salt intake, namely salt-sensitivity, is present in approximately half of the hypertensives. Limiting salt intake could contribute to reduce the blood pressure in salt-sensitivity hypertension. The pathogenesis of salt sensitivity hypertension is related to genetic gene, neural mechanism and endocrine mechanism, etc. However, due to the specificity of diagnosis and treatment of the disease, SS hypertension in most individuals remains untreated or uncontrolled. The understanding rate, treatment rate, and control rate are still low. Effective treatment of hypertension is limited by poor compliance and significant adverse effects of antihypertensive drugs. In Chinese medicine, it is considered that salt sensitivity hypertension is related to kidney-deficiency, liver-yang hyperactivity and water and wetness stagnated within body. Thus, the therapeutic principles are replenishing kidney essence, driving the water and nourishing yin and suppressing the excessive yang respectively. The famous classical prescriptions such as Shenqi Wan (Kidney Qi Pill), Wuling Powder, Banxia Balzhu Tianma Tang (decoction of Pinellia ternata, Atractylodes macrocephala, and Gastrodia elata) and Tianma Gouteng Yin (decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria) were commonly used.
