摘  要:目的:探讨丹参茎叶中丹参素和丹酚酸B的提取工艺优化。方法:以丹参素和丹酚酸B含量作为研究指标,考察了提取次数、提取时间、溶剂量、浸泡时间对丹参茎叶中水溶性成分提取率的影响,并通过正交试验设计确定了其最佳提取工艺。结果:取丹参茎叶中粉加入10倍量的水,浸泡1.0h,提取0.5h/次,100℃下提取3次,是其最佳提取工艺。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,可为丹参茎叶中的水溶性成分的工业化提取提供科学依据。Objective: Studying of optimization of the extraction technology of Danshensu and Salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza stem. Methods: On the basis of Danshensu and Salvianolic acid B, the extraction times, extraction time, solvent volume, soak time on the stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble component extraction were studied. Results: The best extraction process of the stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza powder was that: 10 times amount of water were added, and were soaked for 1.0h, and 3 times at 100℃, 0.5h/time were extracted. Conclusion: The process is stable and reliable, which can provide scientific basis for the extraction of stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble constituents of industrialization
