摘 要:目的:观察2型糖尿病病证结合大鼠模型的证候演变与实验室指标变化的相关性。方法:40只SD大鼠分为正常组和模型组。模型组高脂饲料喂养4周后2次腹腔注射STZ各35mg/kg。连续采集两组大鼠表征并进行证型判定,在模型大鼠判定为阴虚内热证型和气阴两虚证型时,分别检测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、环磷酸腺苷(cAM P)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)水平;在注射STZ前以及两次注射STZ 10周分别检测TG、TC水平。结果:两种证型模型大鼠的血清FBG、cAMP、cGMP、T4水平的变化与证型演变无明显相关性,血清FIN、T3和cAMP/cGMP水平的变化与证型演变具有相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:实验室指标与中医证型之间存在一定的相关性,实验室指标的组合变化模式有可能成为证候属性判定的依据和桥梁。Objective: To observe the correlation of syndrome succession and variance of laboratory targets of type 2 diabetic disease-syndrome combination rat models. Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups including normal control group and model group. The rat models were built up with STZ (35mg/kg) twice intra-peritoneally after feeding with high fat chow for 4 weeks. The superficial characteristics were collected successively, detecting FBG, FIN, T3, T4, cAMP, cGMP, when the model rats were judged to be syndrome of yin deficiency with internal heat and syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin. TG and TC were separately detected before injection of STZ and 10 weeks after injection of STZ. Results: The variance of FBG, cAMP, cGMP, T4 was not correlated with syndrome succession. The variance of FIN, T3, cAMP/cGMP was correlated with syndrome succession, and the variation trend was coincident with characteristics and pathological changes of the syndromes. Conclusion: Syndromes of TCM and laboratory targets are correlated. The combination and variation of laboratory targets may be the proof and bridge of syndrome judgment.
