摘  要:同步相量测量单元(Phasor Measurement Unit,PMU)是大规模区域电网和智能电网动态安全监控的数据来源之一,其相量量测的准确度对电网的运行可靠性至关重要。为了统一标准,正确、合理地检测和评估PMU的性能,国内外先后发布了较完整的PMU静动态测试标准。详细讨论了国内PMU标准中静态及动态测试方法与精度要求,进一步给出了测试信号数学模型、相量理论值计算方法,为PMU测试提供了基础。并对比分析了国内外PMU标准的异同点,进一步揭示了国内外标准中相量误差评价方法的不同与相互联系。Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) is one of the data sources of dynamic security monitoring and control in the large-scale regional power grid and smart grid. The measurements accuracy is crucial to the operational reliability of power system. For detecting and evaluating the performance of the PMU uniformly, correctly and reasonably, the new standards are published both at home and aboard. This paper discusses the new version of the PMU steady state and dynamic standards including test methods and accuracy requirements. Furthermore, the mathematical models of the test signals and the calculation method of the real phasor are proposed. The differences between the Chinese standard and IEEE C37.118.1 are analyzed, which include the test methods and error evaluation.
