冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗慢性咳喘病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗慢性咳喘病的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性自身对照研究方法，对220例慢性咳喘病患者进行三伏天穴位贴敷，每伏第1。3天各贴敷1次，共贴9次，比较敷贴后3．6及12个月时疾病发作次数。结果183例患者贴敷治疗3．6、12个月后，症状发作次数均较治疗前减少（P〈0．01）；各种慢性咳喘病（慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性咳嗽）经穴位贴敷治疗后疾病发作次数均较贴敷前明显减少（P〈0．01）。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗慢性咳喘疾病安全有效。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of acupoint application of winter disease cured in summer on treating chronic cough and asthma diseases. Methods A prospective controlled study of 220 cases with chronic cough and asthma diseases was used by dog-day acupoint application, which was applied from the 1st to 3rd day of the every period of the hot season, per time in each day, and in total of 9 times. After the treatment, the onset frequency by the 3rd, 6th and 12th month was compared. Results After 3, 6 and 12 months of the acupoint application, the onset frequency was lower than that before the treatment （P 〈 0.01）. The onset frequency of all kinds of chronic cough and asthma diseases, including chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic cough, was significantly decreased when compared with before the application （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The acupoint application of winter disease cured in summer is safe and effective in treating chronic cough and asthma diseases.
