摘  要:目的观察中药复方糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠背根神经节细胞线粒体呼吸链复合物的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、α,硫辛酸组、糖络宁组,共给药8周,给药结束后,观察糖络宁对大鼠背根神经节细胞线粒体呼吸链复合物的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ活性均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,仪硫辛酸组大鼠线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ的活性均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,糖络宁组大鼠线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ的活性均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01);糖络宁组与α硫辛酸组比较,大鼠线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅳ的活性改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论显著提高糖尿病大鼠背根神经节中线粒体呼吸链各个复合物的活性,可能是糖络宁防治糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制。Objective To investigate the effect of Tangluoning (TLN) on mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes in dorsal root ganglion of diabetic rats induced by streptozotoein (STZ). Methods STZ diabetic rat model, which was established successfully, was randomly divided into a model group, an alpha lipoie acid group and a TLN group. The effect of TLN on mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes in rats' dorsal root ganglion was observed after treatment for 8 weeks. Results Compared with the normal group, activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes I to IV in the model group was significantly lowered (P 〈 0.01); compared with the model group, activity of mitoehondrial respiratory chain complexes I to IV in the alpha lipoic acid group and TLN group was obviously ameliorated (both P 〈 0.01); compared with the alpha lipoic acid group, activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex IV in the TLN group ameliorated more obviously, with significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion TLN could improve activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes in dorsal root ganglion of diabetic rats, which might be one of its mechanisms on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
