摘　　要：融资租赁作为现代金融体系的重要支柱,对于实体经济的发展具有十分重要的影响。本文在回顾和分析世界融资租赁产业发展的基础上,对中国融资租赁行业的发展现状以及存在的问题进行了深入探讨。以中国为代表的新兴市场在世界经济发展中的地位和影响日益重要,在世界融资租赁市场的比重不断扩大。在中国新一轮的经济发展过程中,融资租赁作为现代服务业的新兴领域,其发展水平和结构都发生了显著变化,也存在诸多障碍,在金融混业经营的背景下,其高速发展对租赁企业和行业,及其监管都提出了新的挑战。As one important pillar to modern financial system,financial leasing has substantial impact on the development of real economy.The focal study reviews and comments on the global financial leasing development,and analyze in details the situation and problems on the development of Chinese financial leasing industry.Emerging economies,especially China,have increasing influences on the global economic development and increasing role on the global financial leasing industry.In the current economic development of China,Chinese financial leasing has been experiencing huge change in its development and structure.At the same time,as one of new fields in modern service industries,Chinese financial leasing industry has many challenges.Under financial conglomerates competition,high-speed development of Chinese financial leasing industry introduces new challenges to its enterprises,the whole industry and its supervision environment.
