摘 要:在氧化铝负载的钴催化剂上考察了微量贵金属助剂(Pt,Pd,Re)对费-托合成反应性能的影响。结果表明,3种助剂对催化剂性能的影响差别较大。在催化剂中添加质量分数为0.1%的Pt或0.1%的Re时,可以提高其费-托合成反应活性和C5+烃类选择性;添加质量分数为0.1%的Pd时,可以提高催化剂的费-托合成反应活性,但C5+烃类选择性降低。催化剂的X射线衍射、程序升温还原、H2-程序升温脱附分析结果表明,贵金属的加入改变了催化剂的还原温度,可以提高催化剂的还原度,并使活性金属在催化剂表面保持高分散度。The influence of noble metal promoter Pt,Pd and Re on F-T cobalt synthesis catalysts was investigated and the catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR and H2-TPD.It is suggested that the influence of different promoters on the properties of catalyst varies greatly.The addition of 0.1% Pt or 0.1% Re obviously increases the activity and C5+ selectivity,but 0.1% Pd gives a high CO conversion with a relatively lower C5+ selectivity.The addition of small amount of noble metal additive can decrease the reduction temperature of the catalyst,proved by the characterization results.The reducibility and activation of the catalyst under the industrial reduction conditions as well as the dispersion of Co metal can be improved through the addition of noble metals.
