摘  要:摘要:本文采用固相反应法制备了一系列正交晶系的Ni掺杂和K、Na共掺的SrCuO2陶瓷样品,并着重考察研究了它们在375~875K的热电性能。结果表明,这些样品在573~873K均存在热电效应,且其Seebeck系数为正,属于P型热电陶瓷;其电导率在该温度区间单调上升,呈现出半导体特性。Cu位Ni掺杂提高了正交SrCuO,的Seebeck系数,但降低了其电导率;Sr位K、Na共掺提高了其电导率,但降低了Seebeck系数。适量Sr位或Cu位掺杂均可提高SrCuO2陶瓷的热电性能。Ni doped and K, Na co-doped SrCuO2 ceramics have been prepared by solid-state reaction method, their structures and thermoelectric properties have been investigated. Resulted from X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), the samples have orthorhombic structure. Resulted from thermoelectric measurements, the samples exhibited Seebeck effect over the temperature range between 373 K and 873 K. The major carriers in all samples were holes for their positive Seebeck coefficient. Electrical conductivity increased with the increasing temperature showing a semiconductor behavior. The Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity have increased by the substitution of Ni for Cu and K, Na for St, respectively. Element doping in Sr site and Cu site has enhanced the thermoelectric properties of SrCuO2 ceramics.
