摘 要:以辽宁省喀左县紫砂土为主要原料,采用三种配方研制劈开砖。分析测试了样品的吸水率,抗折强度,抗冻性,热稳定性,利用差热分析研究了劈开砖烧结的反应过程,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了劈开砖的物相组成和显微结构,并讨论了劈开砖的烧成机理。研究结果表明:辽宁省喀左县的紫砂原料具有较好的理化性能指标,在合理的工艺条件下,研制的劈开砖各项性能符合行业要求。Purple stone as materials were used to prepare split brick for three samples. The water absorption, bending strength, freeze-thaw resistance and thermal stability were measured. The chemical reaction of split brick was analyzed by differential thermal analyzer (DTA). Main phases structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Sintering mechanism of split brick was investigated. The results showed that purple stone had excellent physic-chemical properties, and the split brick prepared under a reasonable processing condition could meet the industry requirements.
