摘 要:研究了起泡剂MIBC、BK201、松醇油及2-乙基己醇对石英及黄铁矿单矿物浮选行为的影响,并进行了实际矿石浮选试验。单矿物试验结果表明:石英通过泡沫夹带进入浮选精矿,而黄铁矿通过疏水上浮和泡沫夹带的双重作用进入浮选精矿。不同起泡剂作用下,精矿中泡沫水回收率越高,石英和黄铁矿的浮选回收率越高,不同起泡剂对石英和黄铁矿具有不同的夹带效果,使石英和黄铁矿浮选回收率最高的起泡剂分别为BK201和MIBC。实际矿石浮选试验表明:浮选产率、精矿品位及回收率与泡沫水回收率密切相关,泡沫水回收率增大,精矿产率增大,而品位降低。选择合适的起泡剂能够增加硫化矿物的回收率并降低石英的回收率,获得较好的浮选分离效果。Effect of four frothers, including MIBC, BK201, terpenic oil and 2-Ethylhexanol, on the flotation behavior of quartz and pyrite was investigated and ore flotation tests were carried out. Results of single mineral tests show that, quartz is floated into concentrates through froth entrainment, while pyrite is also pulled into flotation concentrates under the dual action of hydrophobic floating and froth entrainment. In the presence of different frothers, the higher the water recovery in concentrate, the higher the recovery of quartz and pyrite. Different frother exerts different entrainment effect on quartz and pyrite, among which BK201 and MIBC lead to the highest recovery of quartz and pyrite. Ore flotation tests show that, there exists a close relationship among yield, grade and recovery of concentrate and water recovery. Higher water recovery gives rise to an increase in concentrate yield yet a decline in grade. By choosing a suitable frother, a satisfying flotation separation can be expected as the recovery of sulfide ore can be increased while the quartz recovery can be reduced.
