摘　　要：目的：探讨瓦氏窦瘤破裂介入封堵治疗的可行性，方法：3例瓦氏窦瘤破裂患者，经心脏彩超及造影明确诊断。建立动静脉轨道后选择形状、大小合适的封堵器给予封堵，1～2个月后观察心脏彩超的变化结果：3例瓦氏窭瘤破口直径6～12mm，主动脉造影证实均封堵成功，术后未发现并发症术后1～2个月心脏彩超显示扩大心脏较前缩小，收缩功能较前改善，封堵嚣未脱离，心内未见残余漏、血栓形成结论：介入封堵治疗瓦氏窦瘤破裂是一种安全。Objective To explore the feasibility of transcatheter closure of ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm(RSVA). Methods 3 RAVAs were diagnosed by echocardiography and aortography.After establishing the arterio-venous wire loop, selected the correct shapes and sizes occluder to close the rupture,and observed the changes of echocardiography follow up 1 to 2 months after operation. Results 3 RAVAs sizes were 6 ~ 12 mm,The operations were successful confirmed by aortography,and no complication was found. Echocardiography showed that enlarged hearts shrinked and function of contraction function improved,and occluder was not fallen,also without residualshunt and thrombus in the hearts follow up 1 to 2 months after operation. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm is a safe and effectinve therapy for RSVAs.
