摘  要:结合榆家梁煤矿43308工作面柔模混凝土快速沿空留巷的工程实践,对浅埋深、薄基岩、快速推采的安全高效矿井沿空留巷支护形式和参数进行分析,巷旁采用柔模混凝土墙支护,巷内采用锚网索支护,并采用单体支柱配合长钢梁临时支护,在采空区侧采用木点柱和金属网挡矸支护,运用FLAC数值模拟研究了巷旁1 m厚混凝土墙压力分布。经过工作面沿空留巷矿压观测结果分析可知:沿空巷道围岩压力峰值滞后工作面60 m,最大值10 MPa;距工作面200 m后顶底板移近量达到稳定,最大值60 mm。实践表明浅埋煤层采用柔模混凝土进行沿空留巷支护,技术合理、沿空巷道稳定。Combined with rapid gob-side entry retaining engineering practice in No.43308 working face of Yujialiang Mine,this paper introduced gob-side entry retaining support form and parameters in shallow buried depth,thin bedrock,rapid mining,high output and efficiency mine:using flexible-formwork concrete wall as gob-side support,using anchor-net-cable as roadway-in support;lagging temporary support by pillars and long beam,retraining gangue support by wood column and metal mesh,and studying the pressure of concrete wall which being 1 meter thick in roadway-side.The mine pressure observation results of gob-side entry in No.43308 working face showed that gob-side entry's peak pressure laged behind working face 60 m,the maximum was 10 MPa;gob-side entry along the roof and floor closer for the maximum amount was 60 mm,to achieve stable after 200 m away from working face.The technology with flexible formwork concrete as gob-side entry retaining support in shallow coal seam was reasonable and the effect was obvious.
