摘 要:分析了突出煤层湿润防突作用,试验研究了突出煤层湿润力学特性变化规律,以及煤体含水率对煤的普氏系数和瓦斯放散初速度的影响,发现煤的普氏系数随着煤体含水率的增大而增大,两者之间呈现线性变化关系;随着煤体含水率的增加,煤的瓦斯放散初速度下降很快,两者之间呈现出近似指数变化规律。现场考察了煤层湿润过程中煤壁瓦斯涌出规律及突出煤层防突效果,结果表明:通过煤体注水湿润后,地应力分布均匀,煤体的塑性增加、脆性减小,煤层瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力梯度减小,瓦斯解吸速度降低,煤层突出危险性大幅降低。The paper analyzed the moist role in the outburst prevention of outburst seam ,had an experiment study on the moist mechanics feature variation law of outburst seam and the water content of seam affected to Protodyakonov coefficient and the initial gas emission speed.The experiment study showed that Protodyakonov coefficient of coal was increased with the water content of coal increased and there was a linear variation relationship between Protodyakonov coefficient and the water content.With the water content of coal increased, the gas initial emission speed of coal would be reduce rapidly and there was an approximate index variation law between the water content and the gas initial emission speed.A site investigation was conducted on the gas emission law of coal wall and the outburst prevention effect of out- burst seam during the moist process of seam.The results showed that with the water injection and moist of coal conducted, the geostress was evenly distributed, the plasticity of coal was increased, the fragility was reduced, the gas content of seam and the gas pressure gradient was reduced, the gas desorption speed was reduced and the outburst danger of seam was highly reduced.
