摘 要:在耐克、阿迪达斯等欧美强势体育用品企业的商业竞争压力下,日本的美津浓、爱世克斯等体育品牌却能实现夹缝中求生存。重点研究日本体育用品产业的转型发展策略,能为中国体育用品产业转型发展提供借鉴。研究认为:体育文化在日本体育用品产业发展转型中发挥了重要作用,由此衍生出的体育用品企业的制度创新与文化路径选择,主要表现在建立"终身雇用"的承诺、恒久的企业文化,增强了企业员工的信心;在学习西方现代企业管理制度的基础上,建立了体育用品企业工会制度,更新了企业工人公司如"家"的观念;建立了体育用品产业的企业联盟,为企业做大做强并谋求共同的利益提供了联系基础;企业生产系统整合创新,提高了企业竞争力。Under the business competitive pressure of European strong sporting goods enterprises such as Nike and Adidas,some Japan sports brands such as Mizuno and Asics are able to survive in the cracks.The restructuring and development of the sporting goods industry in Japan,to focal point seek a transition channel for the development of Chinas sporting goods industry.The research shows: cultural choices play an important role in the development and transformation of the sporting goods industry in Japan.The sporting goods business system innovation and cultural choosing path derived from it are mainly presented in the commitment to the establishment of "lifetime employment",thus befriending the confidence of the employees for the establishment of long-lasting corporate culture.The Western modern enterprise management system should be learned,and the sporting goods companies trade unionism should be established.The establishment of the sporting goods industry alliances can provide contact foundation for bigger and stronger enterprises,and for the seeking of common interests.Moreover,it benefits the integration and innovation of production system,put forward the competition production.
