摘　　要：为研究信息共享对库存控制的影响效果,对供应链内成员间有无信息共享时平均库存和成本的数学模型的差异进行分析,并采用实例进行验证.结果表明:信息共享对于复杂供应链中库存控制的影响表现为降低供应商的库存和成本,缩短零售商的订货提前期,从而提高供应链的整体绩效和竞争力.In order to study the effect of information-sharing on inventory control, the difference between information sharing or not of supply chain members＇ average inventory and cost is analyzed through the mathematical model, and it is confirmed by the example analysis. The results show that the value of information-sharing for inventory control in complex supply chain is reducing the supplier＇s inventory and cost, shortening the retailer＇s order lead improving the whole performance and competitiveness of supply chain.
