摘  要:依据科研系统性原则,通过调整实验教学顺序、嫁接科研实验和开展综合性实验等,将本科生微生物实验和研究性科研训练有机结合,进行微生物实验教学改革。在保障微生物实验基本操作训练的基础上,灌输研究设计的原理和重要性,丰富实验教学内容,培养实验协作能力,提高学生学习兴趣,以达到培养学生综合动手能力的目的,为引领本科生独立设计和从事科学研究做好铺垫。To improve teaching effect, the experimental teaching reform of undergraduates~ microbiology based on system principle of scientific research was carried on. The reform involved in adjusting experiment order, transforming research work, developing comprehensive experiments, and so on. Under the premise of keeping basic microbiological operation training, the principles and importance of the experimental design were inculcated, and the teaching contents were enriched and systematized. The spirit of teamwork and learning interests were also emphasized in order to cultivate undergraduates' comprehensive experimental abilities and bring out the experimental potentials. The reform of undergraduates' microbiology experiments is the fundamental task for guiding them to design and do the scientific research.
