“积极警务”战略下的群众工作探析

摘　　要：群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线,更是公安工作的根本方针。党的十八大及近期的中共中央政治局会议上都明确作出部署,在全党深入开展群众路线教育实践活动。而近年来公安机关实施的"积极警务"战略,也正是对党的群众路线的实际践行。如何进一步提高新形势下做好群众工作能力,更好地履行公安机关的职能,则是需要每一位人民警察认真思索的一个课题。The mass line is the Party＇s lifeline and basic line of work, and also a fundamental principle of public security work. The Party＇s 18 and the recent meeting of the Politburo are clearly making plans to carry out the mass line educational practice in the Party. In recent years the pubic security organs implemented ＂positive policing＂ strategy, which is also the actual practice of the Party＇s mass fine. How to further improve the ability to do mass work better in the new situation and fulfill the functions of the public security organs is an issue need to seriously think about by every one of the people＇s police.
