摘　　要：票据作为市场经济中重要的清算支付工具,随着我国经济的高速发展和市场经济的日益完善,在金融活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,金融制度的不够完善、风险防范意识差、鉴别票据的真伪技术落后等因素,使票据犯罪现象已成为一个影响金融稳定的重要因素。通过对票据犯罪的概况、票据犯罪的特点、成因进行分析,提出金融业、银行业、社会各界及司法部门对票据犯罪的防范措施。The paper, as an important settlement and payment instrument in market economy, plays an increasingly important role in the financial activities as China＇s rapid economic development and the steady improvement of market economy. However, the imperfect financial system, the poor awareness of risk prevention, the backward identification technology of the .authenticity of bills and other factors make the phenomenon of notes crime become an important factor to affect financial stability. Through the analysis of the overview, characteristics and causes for notes crime, the author suggests the preventive measures for the finance industry, the banking, the community and the judiciary departments.
