长期低剂量克拉霉素治疗老年性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察长期低剂量克拉霉素治疗老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 90例CRS患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例,口服克林霉素250mg,1次/日,连服3个月,并用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔和鼻腔用糖皮质激素局部治疗;对照组45例,仅用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔和鼻腔用糖皮质激素局部治疗;治疗3个月后鼻内镜检查,评估症状及体征。结果实验组45例,有效率91.1%;对照组45例,有效率68.8%。经χ2检验,两组患者有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量克拉霉素治疗老年性鼻-鼻窦炎效果较好。Objective To observe the long-term low-dose clarithromycin efficacy of the treatment of elderly patients with chronic nasal-sinusitis（ chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS） . Methods 90 cases of CRS patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（ 45 cases） ,oral clindamycin 250mg,1 times / day,and even served three months,and flushed with saline topical treatment of the nasal cavity and nasal glucocorticoids; control group 45 cases,only saline irrigation of the nasal cavity and nasal topical treatment with glucocorticoids; nasal endoscopy after 3 months of treatment,assessment of symptoms and signs. Results The experimental group of 45 cases,91. 1% efficiency; 45 cases of the control group,68. 8% efficiency. By χ2 test,the two groups of patients the efficiency difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05） . Conclusion of long-term low-dose clarithromycin treatment of senile nose-better sinusitis.
