摘　　要：目的:观察地产核桃揪皮丙酮提取物对胃癌SGC-7901肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定核桃揪皮丙酮提取物对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的生长抑制情况。结果:与阴性对照组比较,核桃楸皮丙酮提取物可明显抑制人胃癌SGC-7901的细胞增殖。结论:地产核桃揪皮丙酮提取物具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,并且随浓度的增加和时间的延长抑瘤作用增强。Objective：To observe the anti-tumor effect of the acetone extracts for SGC-7901 from the bark of juglans mandshurica.Methods：Anti-cancer experiment in vitro was done by applying MTT method to acetone extract from the bark of juglans mandshurica on human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901.Results： Compared with negative control,the acetone extract from the bark of juglans mandshurica inhibited the proliferation of human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901.Conclusion：The acetone extract from the bark of juglans mandshurica inhibited the growth of human tumor cells obvious.With the concentration elevated and time extension,inhibiting action increased.
