摘　　要：依托高校建设的科研平台是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是国家组织高水平基础研究和应用基础研究、聚集和培养优秀科技人才、开展高水平学术交流、科研装备先进的重要基地。针对地方高校科研平台建设与流程管理的特点,提出了地方高校科研平台的学科定位、管理模式、培育途径和建设思路。The research platform which building relying on the college is an important part of the national science and technology innovation system and a national organization of a high level of basic research and applied basic research,gather and cultivate technological talent to carry out high-level academic exchanges,an important base of the state-of-the-art research equipment.In this paper,the characteristics of the construction and management of the local university research platform disciplinary orientation of the local university research platform management mode,nurturing ways and thinking of building.
