摘　　要：[目的]观察回族医药青白散痰搽剂对家兔及豚鼠皮肤的刺激性和致敏性。[方法]以一次性给药和多次性给药的方法对脱毛家兔进行给药,观察该药对家兔皮肤刺激性反应;对豚鼠进行主动皮肤过敏性实验和再次激发实验,观察该药是否引起豚鼠皮肤或全身过敏反应。[结果]家兔皮肤刺激性实验,肉眼观察红斑、水肿积分为0,病理组织切片未见明显异常;皮肤过敏性实验,未引起豚鼠皮肤过敏反应和全身过敏反应。[结论]回族医药青白散痰搽剂未引起动物皮肤的刺激性反应和过敏性反应。[Objective] To observe the skin irritability and sensibility of Qingbai Santan liniment, medicine in Hui minority, in rabbit~ and guinea pig. [Methods] Single administration and multiple delivery methods were used to the skin of shed rabbit to observe the skin irri- tability in rabbits; active skin allergy test and re-challenge test were used in guinea pigs to observe whether the drug could cause skin or systemic allergic reactions. [Results] The erythema and edema points were not find by naked eye in rabbit skin irritability experiment. The histopathotogy examination didn＇ t show any abnormal finding. In the allergic skin test, it was found that the drug did not cause skin allergic reactions and systemic allergic reactions in guinea pigs. [Conclusion] The Hui medicine Qingbai Santan liniment does not cause any skin irritability and allergic reactions in rabbit and guinea pig.
