摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,技术、专利价值以及基于技术创新的企业价值的评估需求日益增长.文中总结了前人对于专利价值的影响因素,包括专利质量因素和专利特征方面的因素.在专利特征方面,主要包含专利的长度、宽度、技术生命周期、专利的引用情况、专利异议和专利诉讼等6个因素.最后,文章总结了国内外学者对专利价值的评估指标体系.With the era of knowledge economy coming,the demand for valuation of technology,patent and valuation of corporate in terms of technology innovation grows rapidly.The paper summarizes the influencing factors of patent value in the past studies,including patent quality factors and characteristics of patent.The characteristics of patent include patent length,width,technology cycle time,patent citations,patent opposition and patent litigation.Finally,the evaluation index systems of patent value stadied by scholars abroad and at home are summarized.
