广安花桥居民高血压认知情况及对策分析

摘　　要：目的调查广安市广安区花桥镇农民群众对高血压相关知识的认知情况,为当地制定高血压防治对策提供依据。方法采用一人一卡直接询问的方式,对花桥镇居民高血压认知情况进行调研、分析。结果该地区群众对高血压的认知程度普遍偏低,高血压患者较非患者认知情况好,但生活习惯、行为改变不明显。结论应采取建立高血压病防治网、定期进行广泛普查、加强预防宣传教育和制定预防方案等对策,提高农民群众对高血压的认识,掌握自我保健知识,养成良好的生活方式、饮食习惯及行为,以降低高血压发病率,优化患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the knowledge about hypertension among rural residents living in Huaqiao Town of Guang＇an District, Guang＇an, China and to provide a reference for decision makers to develop policies aimed at preventing hypertension. Methods A questionnaire survey （one card for each person） was performed to gather and analyze information on the knowledge of hypertension among residents living in Huaqiao Town. Results Local residents had generally poor knowledge about hypertension. Hypertensive patients were better informed than healthy people about hypertension, which, however, did not translate into significant improvement in living habits and behaviors. Conclusion Efforts should be made to build a network of hypertension prevention and treatment, conduct general surveys on a routine basis, enhance education on hypertension prevention, and develop prevention programs, in a bid to help rural residents learn more about hypertension, acquire the knowledge of self health care, and develop healthy lifestyles, eating habits, and behaviors, thus reducing the incidence of hypertension and improving quality of life.
