摘  要:模拟中频接收机AGC电路决定着雷达接收系统技术指标,对雷达探测资料可靠性具有重要作用。依据CINRAD/SA-SB雷达模拟接收机AGC电路的信号流程、时钟信号时序关系及关键点波形参数,总结了AGC电路调试方法;从故障现象、雷达终端报警信息分析入手,根据相关信号流程和关键点波形、信号检测情况,总结出定位接收机AGC电路故障到器件级的方法和故障诊断流程。通过对信号处理器A板故障和IF衰减量传输器件D4损坏导致的接收机动态高端失控的两个典型故障个例的分析,总结出各自故障诊断特点:信号处理器输出AGC时钟不正常导致IF衰减不起控;IF衰减量编码集成电路D4损坏,虽然IF衰减器可正常控制,但信号处理器不能得到衰减量值,无法复原信号强度,两种故障最终都导致动态高端失控。故障诊断结果表明,依据故障诊断流程可以快速修复接收机AGC电路器件级故障,少走弯路,可有效提高新一代天气雷达技术保障水平。The AGC circuit in the analog IF receiver decides the radar receiving system' s technical indicators, it plays an important role on the reliability of radar data. According to the CINRAD/SA -SB radar's signal flow, timing and wave form, this paper summarizes the AGC circuit' s debug method. Through analyzing the radar system' s fault phenomenon, terminal alarm information, this method can locates the fault parts of the AGC circuit and determinates fault diagnosis strategy quickly. By analyzing two typical breakdown examples, the one is the signal processor A circuit board fault, the other one is the IF decrement transmission device (D4) breakdown, both of the two fault lead to the receiver dynamic out of control. The fault characteristics as followed: the signal processor output AGC clock signal anomaly will lead to IF decrement uncontrollable. Another situation, if the IF decrement coding IC (D4) break, the signal processor can' t get the decrement data and recover the original signal. The analysis indicates that using this fault diagnosis method the device fault of the receiver' s AGC circuit can be quickly repaired, which will improve the maintenance level of CINRAD/SB weather radar.
