摘 要:以实现多目标优化问题的可靠性稳健优化设计为目标,基于可靠性设计的随机摄动法建立可靠度约束条件,通过对目标函数和约束条件进行灵敏度分析,生成目标函数和约束函数的灵敏度附加项,建立了两种基于灵敏度附加目标函数的可靠性稳健优化设计模型;应用Matlab7.1语言的优化和符号工具箱实现机械零件的稳健设计.算例表明,本文提出的可靠性稳健优化设计方法具有较高的精度和可靠度,为机械零件的可靠性设计提供了理论依据.Aimed at the multi-objective reliability-based robust optimization problem, this paper provided a method of reliability design of the mechanical elements. Reliability constraints of robust optimization design were established based on the stochastic perturbation theory. Sensitivity additional items were generated by analyzing sensitivity of objective functions and constraint functions. And two models of reliability robust-optimization design were proposed based on the sensitivity additional items. Mechanical parts were designed robustly using the optimization and symbols toolbox of the Matlab7.1. The numerical example was designed by using this approach which had a higher precision and reliability.
