摘　　要：从电熔窑结构、耐火材料质量、熔化工艺控制、保温节能等几个方面简要阐述了影响电熔窑寿命的因素,指出耐火材料的侵蚀是主要原因,提出了解决的方法和应注意的事项。Briefly described the factors that affect the life of electric melting furnace, which are electric melting furnace structure, refractory material quality, melting process control, thermal insulation and other aspects. It indicated that the main reason is the erosion of refractory material. It also proposed solution methods and precautions.
