摘  要:以混合动力车用镍氢电池组为研究对象,利用Fluent软件对散热系统进行流场分析,以所得电池组流量为边界条件进行镍氢电池组温度场稳态仿真分析。通过仿真结果给出电池组温度场实验所用传感器的布点方案,并进行汽车行驶工况下镍氢电池组的温度场实验,以实验监测的电流数据计算电池组单位体积的发热功率,以此为输入条件对电池组温度场进行了瞬态仿真分析。结果表明:仿真值和实验值吻合度良好;电池组散热性能良好,满足混合动力汽车对动力电池的使用要求。The flow field of the heat dissipation system of nickel-hydrogen(Ni-MH) battery package used in hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) is simulated with Fluent software. The steady-state simulation analysis on the temperature field of the Ni-MH battery package is carried out based on the air flux in the battery packages. The sensors arrangement scheme for the temperature field measurement experiment is decided based on the temperature field simulation result. The experiment of the temperature field measurement is performed under the condition of the driving cycle of the HEV. Then the transient temperature field of the battery package is analyzed based on the unit volume thermal power, which is calculated from the current data got from the experiment. The result shows that the simulation results mach well with the experimental data, and the heat dissipation system of the battery package function well for heat dissipation, which satisfies the demand of the HEV on the battery package.
