摘　　要：目的了解浙江省精神病专科医院住院患者院内感染的现状,为制定并落实院内感染防控措施提供依据。方法按分层抽取浙江省14家精神病专科医院,从每家医院中以月份为单位抽取2010年3个月的出院患者病案共7 684份。通过查阅病案统计院内感染发生率和不同精神病病种、不同性别、不同年龄及不同等级医院院内感染发生率,感染部位构成比,对记录资料进行分析。结果医院感染率3.41%,医院感染发生与患者年龄、性别、精神病类型及医院等级有关;感染部位前3位是上呼吸道、胃肠道、下呼吸道。结论加强老年患者及器质性精神障碍患者院感防控措施的落实是精神病专科医院院感防控的重点。Objective To study the present status of nosocomial infection for inpatients from psychiatric hospitals in Zhejiang Province to provide evidence for formulation and implementation on nosocomial infection prevention measures.Method Choose 14psychiatric hospitals in Zhejiang Province by stratified sampling.Choose 7684cases of inpatients from 3 months in 2010for each hospital month by month.Calculate the rate of nosocomial infection,rates between different disease category,gender,age and level of hospital and constituent ratio of infection site by looking up medical records.Analyze the recorded information.Result Rate of nosocomial infection is 3.41%in site of upper respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract and lower respiratory tract.Conclusion Enhance the implementation on nosocomial infection prevention measures for elderly patients and patients with organic mental disorder is the main point for nosocomial infection prevention for psychiatric hospitals.
