摘　　要：建设人民满意的服务型政府是我国政治体制改革的重要目标和主要内容。建设服务型政府是建设有中国特色社会主义的本质要求,是促进中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的必然要求,是完善社会主义市场经济体制的客观要求,是行政管理体制改革的内在要求。建设服务型政府,应当确立以民为本的服务理念,转变政府职能,推行政务公开,实施绩效评估,改善工作作风。The construction of people＇ s satisfaction of service-oriented government is an important objective and the main content of China＇s political system reform. Building a service-oriented government is the essential requirement of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is the inevitable demand of promoting the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, the objective requirement of improving the socialist market economic system, and the inherent requirement of the reform of administrative management system. Building a service-oriented government should establish the people-oriented service concept, transform government functions, open the governors＇ tasks, implement performance evaluation, and improve the style of work.
