摘　　要：对高职护理人才培养特征及主要规律进行分析,揭示高职护理人才培养中的内在因素和外部条件,为高职护理人才培养提供理论基础。It analyzed the characteristics and main discipline of higher vocational nursing personnel training and revealed internal factors and external conditions of it,so as to provide theoretical foundation for higher vocational nursing personel training.
