新时期提高党建科学化水平的路径探析

摘　　要：党的建设科学化是一项系统工程、长期任务,必须以党的执政能力建设和先进性、纯洁性建设为主线,以改革创新为动力,围绕建设学习型、创新型、发展型、服务型党组织"四型目标",大力推进党的建设,为推动全省科学发展、实现同步小康提供坚强的组织保证。思想政治建设、领导班子和干部队伍建设、作风建设和基层党建、党的纪律和党风廉政建设是提高党建科学化水平的有效路径。Party building was a systems engineering, long-term task, and had a main line of the construction of the Party＇s governance capability and advanced nature and purity, reform and innovation as the driving force, around ＂four goals＂ that constructed party organizations of learning, innovation, development, service-oriented, and vigorously promoted the party building, and provided a strong organizational guarantee to promote the scientific development and achieve Well--off Society in All--round VCay. The article pointed out that we should actively explore effective path to improve the scientific level of party building from the ideological and political construction, leadership and cadres building, style building and grass--roots party building, party discipline and honest government, build a clean and honest government.
