摘  要:采用室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶粘结剂作氨气缓释材料骨架,采用碳酸氢铵作为释放氨气的活性物质并将其分散到硅橡胶骨架中,再添加补强剂气相SiO2改变硅橡胶的结构以改善其性能。观察气相SiO2的形貌,考察气相SiO2对氨气缓释材料力学性能、缓释性能等的影响。室温下,当补强剂加入量为2.5 g、捏合时间大于或等于1h时,所制得的缓释材料的力学性能最好,邵尔硬度和拉伸强度分别达到60°和1.59 MPa。Ammonium bicarbonate acted as the active substance of ammonia release was dispersed into the skeleton of ammonia sustained-release material made by RTV(room temperature vulcanizing)silicone rubber adhesive,and fumed silica acted as reinforcing agent of silicone rubber was also added to the skeleton in order to change the structure of the silicone rubber and improve its properties.The morphologies of fumed silica were observed.The mechanical properties and release properties of ammonia sustained-release material added some fumed silica were investigated.At room temperature,when the amount of reinforcing agent is 2.5 g and the kneading time is greater than or equal to 1 h,the optimum mechanical properties with Shore A hardness of 60 degree and tensile strength of 1.59 MPa can be obtained.
