摘　　要：近年来,随着医学事业的不断发展进步,加强医院档案的管理工作,对医院的全面发展也显得极为重要。目前医院档案管理工作还不够完善,体系也不够健全,只有采取相应对策,不断创新服务意识,才能改变旧的档案管理模式,从而更加规范和科学的管理档案,更好地服务于医疗、教研等工作。in recent years,with the continuous development of the reform of the medical system,the hospital scale is growing,the number of hospital records are increasing rapidly. To strengthen the hospital file management, for the overall development of hospital is very important.At present the hospital archives management is not perfect,system is not perfect, only to take corresponding countermeasures, innovative service consciousness,to change the old management mode,so as to more standardized and scientific management of files, to better serve the medical treatment,teaching and research work.
