摘 要:反硝化聚磷菌(DPB)兼具反硝化和除磷的性能,在节省能耗、减少污泥产生量的同时也解决了传统脱氮除磷过程中存在的碳源竞争和泥龄差异的矛盾。介绍了DPB的除磷机理,并总结了目前DPB在脱氮除磷工艺中的贡献率,阐述了影响DPB除磷效果的主要因素,并对今后的研究重点作了展望。Denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria (DPB) has the performance of denitfification and phosphorus removal under hypoxic condition, while it also saves energy, reduces the amount of sludge, and solves the contradictions existing in the traditional biological nutrient removal process, namely competition of carbon source between anaerobic phosphorus release and denitrification, and distinct sludge age between phosphorus-accumulating bacteria and nitrifying bacteria. The mechanism ofphosphorus removal by DPB is introduced, and contributions of DPB to nitrogen and phosphorus removal are then summarized. Furthermore, main factors affecting phosphorus removal efficiency by DPB is described. Finally, the research emphasis in the future is specifically given.
