摘　　要：本文以新能源标准与知识产权联盟的运营策略和发展情况为例,分析了产业联盟中标准与知识产权结合的原因和优势,同时也指出了发展过程中可能存在的问题和对策,提出了产业联盟运营的新模式。Citing the operation strategy and development of new energy standards and IPR alliance as an example, this paper analyzes the factors and advantages of standards and knowledge in industry alliance and industry combination, points out the potential problems in development process and the solution, and puts forward the new mode for industry alliance operation.
