摘　　要：本文在分析现役组织机构代码证集成电路(IC)卡的模式及其在应用中存在的问题的基础上,基于当前的主流集成电路载体类型,探讨了新型组织机构代码证集成电路(IC)卡的模式和应用模式。With the discussing the new IC card mode of organization code certificate, and the problems in the application, and the carrier category of current mainstream integrated circuit, this paper analyzes the new integrated circuit （IC） card mode of organization code certificate and its application.
