基于灰色关联分析的安徽省高新技术产业发展对经济增长的贡献研究

摘　　要：根据2006—2012年安徽省高新技术产业和经济发展的相关数据,结合高新技术产业和经济增长的相关理论,运用计量分析方法测算安徽省高新技术产业对全省经济增长的贡献率以及对三大产业的经济增长贡献率。结果显示,安徽省高新技术产业对全省经济发展、三大产业有着良好的拉动作用,但相对于发达省份,其总体贡献率水平较低。提出安徽省今后应加大对高新技术产业的政策扶持力度、加强科技人才队伍建设、优化产学研联合等对策与措施,促进安徽省高新技术产业快速发展,带动实现安徽省国民经济的全面发展。According to the 2006--2012 data of Anhui high - tech industries and economic development, and in combination with high - tech industries and economic growth theory, this paper used quantitative analysis method to estimate the contribution rate of the high - tech industry in province＇s economic growth as well as the three major industrial contribution to economic growth rate. The results showed that the high- tech industries of Anhui had a good role in boosting the province＇ s economic development and the three major industries, but compared with the developed provinces, the level of its overall contribution rate was still low. This paper put forward the Anhui Province in the future should increase efforts to support high - tech industrial policy to strengthen the construction of scientific and technical personnel, to optimize the joint production and research, and other measures to promote the rapid development of high - tech industries in Anhui Province.
