摘　　要：通过大黄染料对Modal纤维/牛奶蛋白复合纤维进行染色试验研究,优选大黄染料染2种纤维的最佳染色工艺,探讨大黄染Modal纤维/牛奶蛋白复合纤维色纺针织纱的生产工艺,提出生产过程中需采取的技术措施,通过对纺纱工艺参数优化,不仅解决了2种纤维染色后强度和蓬松度降低等问题,而且有效地解决了纺纱过程中有色纤维静电严重、棉网飘浮、纤维缠绕、纤维间抱合力小等问题,可纺出成纱质量较高的针织纱,满足了用户对高档针织产品的质量要求。Through the test research optimization method of ultrasonic extraction rhubarb dyes respectively on Modal fiber and milk protein fiber dyed test research,optimizing the rhubarb dye solution dyed of two kinds of fibers,the best dyeing process,discusses the rhubarb dye Modal fiber and milk protein modified fiber color spinning knitting yarn production technology,and put forward the production process should pay attention to some of the technical measures,through its spinning process parameters optimization,not only to solve the dyed of the two fibers decreased strength and bulkiness,and effectively solve the problem of colored fiber electrostatic serious,fiber web floating,filament winding and cohesive force between the fibers small in spinning process,spinning the yarn quality higher knitting yarn,satisfy the user to high-grade knitting product quality requirements.
