羊绒甲基丙烯酰胺接枝修饰及其性能

摘　　要：采用甲基丙烯酰胺对羊绒纱线进行表面接枝处理,优化了甲基丙烯酰胺接枝的工艺,测试了羊绒纱线经接枝处理前后的强力、伸长率、缩绒性及其针织物的缩水率、抗起毛起球性能等。结果表明,经过甲基丙烯酰胺接枝修饰的羊绒纤维表面形态发生了变化,羊绒纤维的断裂强力略有增加、断裂伸长略有减小,羊绒纤维的毡缩性能有所下降,羊绒针织物防缩性能明显提高,抗起毛起球性能也得到了一定的改善。The cashmere yarn was modified with grafting of methacrylamide.The processing was optimized.We tested some performances of the cashmere yarn before and after grafting modification,including breaking strength,elongation at break,the properties of felting,shrinkage,pilling,etc.The results showed that the surface morphology of cashmere fibre was modified after grafting modification.The breaking strength was increased slightly and elongation at break was decreased slightly.The felting of cashmere was declined.The shrinkage resistance and anti-pilling were improved.
